How We Do It
Mimicking the harmony in nature while maintaining purity in our processes, Equalise Flavored Vodkas are made from all natural ingredients.The base vodka is made from non-GMO, heirloom variety North Carolina sweet corn which is milled into a mash and cooked to extract the starch. We then let the mash mellow for 28 days to allow the flavors to fully bloom and awaken. With the natural sugar produced by the corn for fermentation, we add no sugar. Our mash is then distilled four times into a pure, clean vodka which is then infused with natural flavors. The infusion of pure, natural flavors creates the quintessential flavored vodka.
