Limoncello Spritz

A sun-drenched aperitivo — doubling down on lemon with a sparkling lift.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ oz Wyland Lemon Vodka
  • 1 oz limoncello
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • Splash of club soda
  • Lemon wheel

METHOD

Build over ice in a wine glass: vodka and limoncello first, then top with Prosecco and a splash of soda. Stir once and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Lemon Basil Collins

Garden-fresh and effervescent — Sicilian lemon brightened with basil.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Wyland Lemon Vodka
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 4–5 fresh basil leaves
  • Club soda to top
  • Lemon wheel and basil sprig

METHOD

Gently muddle the basil with simple syrup in a shaker. Add vodka, lemon juice, and ice; shake. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice, top with club soda, and garnish with a lemon wheel and basil sprig.
